1. Service Usage: Genploy provides AI-powered services for business automation. By subscribing to Genploy, you agree to use these services for lawful purposes only.

2. Subscription Model: Genploy operates on a prepaid monthly basis. No refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

3. Intellectual Property: All AI-generated content belongs to the client. However, Genploy reserves the right to improve and reuse models for internal use.

4. Limitation of Liability: Genploy is not liable for any losses incurred from business decisions based solely on AI output.

5. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
